Restorative yoga is a passive practice to help you relax, renew and rejuvenate the body. You will also be able to get a nice massage your internal organs. Be sure to drink plenty of water following this practice.
Ahhhh... sleeping is one of my most favorite things to do. The average American doesn't get enough rest. This can leave us feeling lethargic and making us less productive in our day. These poses are meant to help aid with better or improved sleep. Try at bedtime or before a nap. Enjoy!
